A FUNNY THING HAPPENED WHILE WRITING A FAMILY HISTORY
Speaker:  Member, Carolyn Storm

Interesting facts came to light while digging into my grandparent's history.  My great grandfather may not have been my great grandfather after all!  Oops!

Plus I will share a simple way to put your ancestor's story into a short biography.

AND, WE ARE HAVING A SILENT AUCTION

Members are urged to donate their unwanted genealogical/history books, etc. they no longer need or want.  Bids will begin at 25 cents and increase in 25 cent increments.  We will only have quarters and ones for change....Be Prepared.

This would be a good meeting to attend if you are new to genealogy or for our members to bring a friend.  All are welcome!

Meetings are held at the Oakland Family History Center, 4766 Lincoln Avenue, Oakland.
